14 TRUTH OF KNOWLEDGE ON MARRIAGE:

1. Getting married’ is not the fulfillment of your purpose. Don’t dream of it as such.

2. Nothing ends or aids the fulfilment of purpose and destiny like the wrong or right marriage.

3. Before you bother about ‘who do I marry?’, be very bothered about ‘who am I and what am I here for?’

4. Don’t commit to anybody until you commit to your purpose.

5. Don’t commit to anybody who is not committing to your purpose. Do not just give your body, it’s about your destiny.

6. Marriage has too many activities, it comes with responsibilities and a lot of people, your spouse, in-laws, friends etc. If you don’t go in with a clear purpose, your purpose will be lost in the mesh.

7. Why am I saying all these? God gave Adam a garden to work before He gave him a wife to ‘help’ him do the work! God didn’t give him Eve just as a bed mate for sex but as a help meet for destiny.

8. Sex will wind down eventually, libido’s vigor has its lifespan or menopause will slow things down but a family in destiny will understand fulfilment.

9. Please do not get married because of your ‘biological clock’. You are not an experiment. If you don’t find ‘the one’, don’t try anyone.

10. When Adam saw Eve, he wasn’t boastful that Eve was a ‘mere rib creature’ nor did he emphasize who was made first or last. No respect and adoration, no marriage. Period!

11. Don’t go into a marriage because they are promising things. What are they doing now about or towards the promise? Adam didn’t have the world, but he had a garden.

12. Watch them carefully! How do they value relationships: family, work and social. If they back stab, sell out or easily compromise, you may just be a ‘future family specimen’ for a moral flaw.

13. Don’t carry on when getting married is more of a ‘risk’ than anything else. Life is not a trial and error business and no one is chasing you. It is an adult decision that requires calm consideration. Wait, pray, be sure, have peace then move.

14. When you are ready to get married, you will know and the right person will also be known but when you are doing it because of pressure, ‘all my friends are married’, or any flimsy reason, you will also know. Don’t waste your destiny giving in to pressure.
