President Ibrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossain Amir Abdullahi have died in a helicopter crash, Reuters reports.
The president inaugurated two dams built around the border between Iran and Azerbaijan and they were heading to Tabriz.
The helicopter 50 km from Tabriz city. May was the case in the distance and the foggy weather in the area indicated that the rescue team had made it difficult.
It is also stated that after the searches, the helicopter that embarrassed the president and the minister caught fire when it was found in the mountainous and icy area.
