Chelsea’s search for a new manager has intensified, with a deadline set for the end of next week to appoint a successor to Mauricio Pochettino, who was recently sacked despite a strong finish to the season.
The top candidates include Kieran McKenna, Enzo Maresca, and Thomas Frank, with McKenna currently seen as the favorite.
However, a “big name” mystery candidate is also under consideration. Sporting directors Lawrence Stewart and Paul Winstanley are leading the search, ensuring a thorough process to make a quick appointment.
