According to The Telegraph, Chelsea intend to treat Leicester City with respect during negotiations over Enzo Maresca’s compensation.
The amount could be just over £10 million, as in addition to Maresca, five more members of his coaching staff will move to Chelsea.
Joining Maresca at Stamford Bridge are Willy Caballero (former Chelsea goalkeeper and assistant manager), coach Danny Walker, goalkeeping coach Michele de Bernardina, fitness coach Marcos Alvarez and first-team analyst Javier Molina Caballero.
The former Manchester City goalkeeper spent some time at Chelsea, largely content with being a substitute. However, he managed to win the favor of the Blues fans, despite the fact that he rarely appeared on the field. Despite the lack of playing experience, Caballero was always loyal to Chelsea and sought to help the team in any way.
He knows the club well and his return as coach will certainly be a good boost for Maresca.
