Aston Villa offer Chelsea £60m for Gallagher: negotiations begin
Aston Villa have submitted an offer to Chelsea for English midfielder Conor Gallagher, The Times’ Graham Thomley reports.
The Birmingham club is ready to pay 60 million pounds sterling for the transfer of the England national team player, Unai Emery’s team expects to pay London’s Chelsea in three tranches, spreading the payment over 3 years, which does not suit the Blues’ management, but this is the best offer that is available desk in Todd Boely’s office.
The footballer himself is in no hurry to leave Chelsea, but his agent warned of the consequences, because the club could send the player to the reserve team, where Gallagher will not have practice, which will lead to dire consequences.
Unai Emery is a fan of the Chelsea midfielder and is pushing for Conor Gallagher. The player’s agent is also considering other offers, such as from PSG and Milan, but Chelsea are unlikely to be satisfied with their offers.
