The teenage sensation signed for the European champions all the way back on 15 December 2022, as a 16-year-old.
Los Blancos have been made to wait for the attacker’s arrival after agreeing a deal for his services believed to be worth £62million including over £10m in taxes yet to be added.
FIFA rules prevent players under the age of 18 years old being transferred abroad, meaning Endrick had to wait until his 18th birthday to arrive in the Spanish capital.
The big day has finally arrived and the Brazilian wonderkid is now officially a Real Madrid player, with the club sharing a picture of the star on social media.
Endrick adds to the array of attacking talent that Madrid already have at their disposal as he follows French superstar Kylian Mbappe through the door at the Bernabeu.
Madrid had to beat the likes of Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and Chelsea, to acquire the services of the Brazilian youngster.
When the deal was agreed 18 months ago, Endrick had only been playing senior football for two months.
However, since then he has won the Brazilian Serie A twice, and the Brazilian Super Cup with Palmeiras.
During his short period playing in his homeland, Endrick netted 21 goals in 82 matches in all competitions for Palmeiras, while also providing four assists.
At just 17 years old he made his debut for the Brazil national side against Colombia in November, becoming the fourth youngest player ever to pull on the famous gold shirt of his country.
Endrick then announced himself on the world stage four months later with a winning goal off the bench to down England at Wembley.
His eagerly awaited arrival in Spain draws similarities from Vinicius Jr’s transfer to Madrid from Flamengo as a then 16-year-old in 2017.
Los Blancos also went on to sign Rodrygo a year later from Santos when he was just 17 years of age.
