Howe is among those linked with the vacancy after Gareth Southgate stepped down on 16 July.
“Absolutely no contact whatsoever from anybody, and I’m fully committed to Newcastle,” said Howe when asked about England during Newcastle’s pre-season trip to Japan.
“There’s nothing to talk about.
“I don’t need to address the players. They know, I hope, by how I act and how I am on a daily basis and how committed I am to the club.”
Newcastle chief executive Darren Eales has said the club are determined to keep Howe and will resist any approaches from the Football Association.
Howe signed what Newcastle described as a “multi-year” contract extension last summer.
They finished seventh in the Premier League in 2023-24 and start the new campaign at home against Southampton on 17 August.
England’s first game since Southgate’s departure following the 2-1 defeat by Spain in the Euro 2024 final is against the Republic of Ireland in Dublin on 7 September in the Uefa Nations League.
As well as Howe, England Under-21 boss Lee Carsley has also been linked with the job along with Graham Potter, Jurgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel.
