A group of Members of Parliament from the northeastern region gathered at the Serena Hotel in Mombasa for a crucial consultative meeting aimed at tackling the pressing issues facing their constituents.
The meeting attended by elected and Nominated MPs from.North eastern was led by Abdisirat Khalif Ali, a nominated MP in the National assembly marked a significant step towards collaborative problem-solving in the region.
The discussions centered around the myriad challenges confronting northeastern communities, including access to education, healthcare, and infrastructure development.
The MPs expressed a strong commitment to working together to create effective solutions that would enhance well-being and promote sustainable development in their region.
“Our communities have faced numerous challenges for far too long,” said Abdisirat Khalif Ali.
“It is time we unite our efforts to advocate for the rights and needs of our people. This meeting is just the beginning of a concerted effort to drive real change in Northeastern Kenya.” he added
