According to The Telegraph, Manchester United are in contact with representatives of former Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino.
United are yet to sack Erik ten Hag, who is still fighting for his job. However, they are already exploring options for replacing it.
Pochettino has just left Chelsea by mutual consent after summing up the season with Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali and sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Lawrence Stewart.
They have also spoken to representatives of Thomas Frank and Kieran McKenna, two managers who are shortlisted to replace Pochettino at Chelsea.
Thomas Tuchel, another former Chelsea manager, has also been linked with United but there are doubts he would be a good fit for them.
