A Nigerian woman was shocked and saddened to learn that the female lawyer who represented her in her divorce had subsequently married her ex-husband.
The incident, which occurred in Uyo, Adamawa State, has garnered much attention and stirred controversy on social media.
She hired a female lawyer for her divorce. After the case ended, the lawyer allegedly entered a relationship with the woman’s ex-husband and recently married him.
This reportedly devastated the woman, who publicly voiced concerns about the lawyer’s professional ethics.
In a social media post that has gone viral, while expressing the distress of a person whose divorce lawyer allegedly married their ex-spouse just two weeks after the legal proceedings concluded.
