  6. It pleases God because apologizing is a form of repentance
  7. It holds you to your word and makes you accountable to your spouse to be better
  8. It is a practice that once you embrace to apologize to your spouse you will also find it easy to apologize to others when you wrong them making you a better person
  9. It makes you more loveable
  10. It enhances intimacy. Some couples are struggling sexually because “I am sorry” has never been said
