Spain and Japan secured their spots in the next round effortlessly, thanks to the reigning world champions’ narrow 1-0 win against Brazil in another group match.

However, Asisat Oshoala reacted after highlighted how crucial it is for her teammates to find the back of the net in order to achieve wins, especially after the setback against Spain.

Following her non-inclusion in the starting lineup during the earlier defeat to Brazil, many Nigerians took to social media to express their thoughts, but she returned to the field for the game against Spain.
