The legal storm surrounding Verydarkman escalates as Pastor Jeremiah Fufeyin initiates a lawsuit demanding an eye-popping N1 billion in damages.
Activist Verydarkman finds himself embroiled in a contentious legal dispute with Pastor Fufeyin, the head of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry.
Previously, Verydarkman had raised alarms with NAFDAC regarding the pastor’s distribution of what he termed “magical soap” to his congregation.
He accused Pastor Jeremiah of commodifying his spiritual gifts, which has now culminated in a hefty lawsuit and a restraining order.
Despite the legal challenges, Verydarkman appeared undeterred, recently sharing a lighthearted video where he mused about potential fundraising ideas, even joking about selling some of his personal belongings.
He attributed the pastor’s questionable marketing tactics to Nigeria’s economic struggles, suggesting that this was why the soap lacked NAFDAC approval. He also mentioned his inquiries about the soap’s ingredients, which went unanswered.
Describing the lawsuit as a staggering N1 billion, he expressed his readiness to confront the legal battle, warning that those involved should brace themselves for the difficulties ahead.
However, he made it clear that he would not shy away from future discussions about the pastor.
In a bold move, he plans to bring 800 deaf individuals, 700 blind individuals, and 36 women seeking fertility to court as part of his defense against Pastor Fufeyin’s claims.
In response to the criticism, Verydarkman expressed his desire to see the reunion of twins and the fulfillment of motherhood for women in need.
He indicated that this legal saga would be drawn out, extending his miraculous healing water to patients in hospitals, aiming to restore their health before questioning him about the NAFDAC registration number.
