Notably, FIFA has awarded Morocco the rights to host the tournament from 2025 to 2029.

His remarks came during the opening of the 46th General Assembly of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Tuesday (today) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Infantino noted Morocco’s pivotal role in advancing women’s football on the continent, stating, “I thank Morocco for hosting the next five editions of this women’s competition.”
