🛑 𝐀𝐒𝐊 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐏𝐔𝐓:
You need to keep your team in the loop and make sure they have a say in the document. There should be room for multiple drafts and reviews, and you should make sure to invite your team to look over the drafts so they can make suggestions that will help the plan last when it’s put into action.

You must keep in mind that the job description (J.D.) and the various departmental roles are critical and should be considered when writing the SOP on how they will improve productivity and turnaround time.

When writing your S.O.P you should follow the steps,
Name of the S.O.P
Process tag numbers
Documentation date
Initiator, Approval, Unit, Team Lead, etc.
🛑 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝗪, 𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓, 𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐓, 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐓
Incorporate relevant edits and suggestions to improve your S.O.P
Kindly note that S.O.P is subject to quarterly and yearly reviews to ensure you are always on track with your current industry trends.
