Musalia Mudavadi, the Acting Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration, welcomed the new Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of the Administration Police Service, Gilbert Masengeli, MBS, OGW, SS.
During the courtesy visit, Mudavadi expressed his best wishes to the new DIG, underscoring the critical role the National Police Service plays in ensuring the safety and stability of the nation.
“The safety and stability of our nation rely on the unwavering dedication and service of the National Police Service,” Mudavadi stated.
“I am confident that under your leadership, the Administration Police Service will continue to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and serve the people of Kenya with distinction.” He added
Masengeli, who was appointed to the position recently, expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and pledged to work closely with the Ministry of Interior and National Administration to enhance the effectiveness of the police force.
“I am honored to serve the people of Kenya in this new role,” Masengeli said. “My team and I are committed to working tirelessly to maintain law and order, protect the rights of citizens, and contribute to the overall security and development of our nation.”
